How do I apply for an apartment?

What is the length of the lease?
Available lease terms offered at this community are 3-13 months new leases; 3-18 month options available for renewal leases.
Are short-term leases available?
Yes. Available lease terms offered at this community include short-term options. Please contact the leasing office for specific lease term details.
What happens if I need to break the lease early?

Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, renter's insurance is required. For details, please contact our leasing office.
How much notice is needed before moving out?
All leases require a written 60 day notice to vacate. Please contact leasing office for additional questions.
What utility companies do you use?
Residents are responsible for setting up their own electric service with Nashville Electric Service prior to move-in. For select floor plans (Ashford & Brittany), residents will also need to establish natural gas service with Piedmont Natural Gas. Water and sewer services are managed through a third-party provider and included with monthly rent.

When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 6th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal.
Do you give any discounts to local employers?
Yes! We are proud to offer special discounts for select local employers including Hometown Heroes (police, firefighters, teachers, nurses, doctors, paramedics, and military personnel), government employees, and preferred employers such as Vanderbilt, Belmont, HCA, Gaylord, Dell, Deloitte, Change Healthcare, Bridgestone, BNA Airport & Airlines, Cummins, Ingram Books, and Amazon.
Does your community offer furnished apartments?
No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.
Is there in-unit laundry?
Yes! Every apartment home includes a dedicated in-unit laundry room. Some homes come with a washer and dryer installed, while others offer connections.
What appliances are included?
All apartment homes include refrigerator, range with vent hood, dishwasher, and disposal. Select floor plans also include an OTR microwave.
Is there air conditioning/heating?
Yes, each apartment comes equipped with central heating & cooling.
Are there ceiling fans?
Yes! Ceiling fans are included in every apartment home and are located in each bedroom. Most floor plans also feature a ceiling fan in the living room.
Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?
Yes! We offer convenient on-site parking in an open lot for residents. Parking permits require a one-time registration fee per vehicle. Detached garages are also available to rent for an additional monthly fee.
Is there a gym, pool, or common area?
Yes, our community offers a resort-style swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center, and shared community spaces such as lounges, outdoor gathering areas, and grilling stations.
Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?
While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.
Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?
We are a pet-friendly community; breed restrictions and additional fees may apply. Please review our pet policy or contact the leasing office for details.
Are there EV charging stations?
Yes, our community offers residents EV Charging Stations. Rates and availability are subject to change based on demand.
Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or schools nearby?
Yes, Cherry Creek is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores and daily conveniences.
What is the roommate policy?
All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional fees apply for roommate changes.
Is there a maximum number of occupants?
The maximum number of occupants per apartment is generally two people per bedroom, plus children under the age of two.
Can guests stay over, and for how long?
Guests are welcome! Generally, guests staying more than 2 consecutive weeks should complete an application to be added to the lease.
Is there guest parking available?
Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in designated guest parking areas; additional requirements, time limits, or restrictions may apply. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
